We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join our marketing team.

 

The Demand Generation Manager will work as part of our larger Digital Marketing team to help create interest in, and excitement for, American Collectors Insurance products. They are responsible for strategy, execution and wrap-up of marketing programs that capture and nurture leads across multiple channels. In this role, you’ll be responsible for programs to generate leads via events, digital activations (SEM, SEO, targeted social, and other campaigns), and third-party agencies that drive business growth. Reporting to the Director of Digital marketing and working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll maintain our MQL-rubric, owned digital activations and marketing persona building.

 

This role can be done hybrid or fully virtual from anywhere in the continental US. Our office is located in Cherry Hill, NJ.

Compensation: $80-90k/yr depending on experience level

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and business growth for the collector car division
  • Own the creation, deployment and performance of owned digital activations (owned and earned digital media)
  • Assist in creation and deployment of demand generation based digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social paid)
  • Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract, capture and nurture leads through the full marketing funnel
  • Partner with the director of digital marketing to refine and maintain the MQL Rubric, ensuring alignment between marketing efforts and sales-ready lead definitions
  • Analyze campaign performance and report on key KPIs, providing actionable insights to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies
  • Lead persona development initiatives to better understand target audiences and inform campaign targeting, messaging and creative strategies
  • Collaborate with internal creative, content, and product teams, as well as external agency partners, to ensure consistent execution and alignment of demand generation programs
  • Plan and execute virtual and in-person events, webinars, and sponsorship activations to support lead generation goals
  • Implement lead nurturing programs and retargeting strategies to move prospects through the marketing funnel effectively
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to identify new opportunities for lead generation and campaign optimization

Qualifications

  • Independent, strategic thinker with demonstrated experience using critical thinking/analysis skills
  • 3-5 years of demand generation and/or lead generation experience preferred
  • Extensive project management background managing digital projects from concept to implementation
  • Proficiency with variety of marketing automation platforms and analytic tools (SEMrush, Ga4, Faraday, Clickup, Hubspot a plus)
  • A marketer with an analytical mindset and a persuasive personality
